BBQ Pork Roast Recipe
BBQ Pork Roast Beef Brisket Potato Salad Seasoned Pinto Beans
Ingredients:
16 lbs. pork roast (shoulder)
2.0 oz. red pepper
1.5 oz. black pepper
2.0 oz. salt
- Mix dry ingredients together and rub onto roast thoroughly
- Cook pork shoulder 16 hours on pit with oak wood at 200 - 350 degrees
- When done, take brisket off pit and let meat rest before cutting
- Cut and separate meat
16 lbs. beef brisket will serve 40 1/4 lb. servings - Bon Appetit!
