BBQ Pork Roast

Pork Roast - Danny's BBQ Recipe


16 lbs.       pork roast (shoulder)
2.0 oz.       red pepper
1.5 oz.       black pepper
2.0 oz.       salt

  • Mix dry ingredients together and rub onto roast thoroughly
  • Cook pork shoulder 16 hours on pit with oak wood at 200 - 350 degrees
  • When done, take pork roast off pit and let meat rest before cutting
  • Cut and separate meat

16 lbs. pork roast will serve 40 1/4 lb. servings - Bon Appetit!
