Potato Salad - Danny's BBQ Sauce Recipe


20 lbs.       diced russet potatoes
1 doz.       eggs
28 oz.       pimentos
32 oz.       salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
32 oz.       sweet relish
8 oz.         mustard
3 oz.         salt
2 oz.         sugar
  • Dice potatoes and cook until tender
  • Boil eggs, cool, set aside, and peel
  • Drain potatoes and allow to cool
  • Add ingredients (eggs, relish, pimentos, salt, sugar, salad dressing, and mustard)
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly, put into large container, and refrigerate

Serves up to 100 3 oz servings - Bon Appetit!
