Potato Salad

Ingredients:
20 lbs. diced russet potatoes1 doz. eggs
28 oz. pimentos
32 oz. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
32 oz. sweet relish
8 oz. mustard
3 oz. salt
2 oz. sugar
- Dice potatoes and cook until tender
- Boil eggs, cool, set aside, and peel
- Drain potatoes and allow to cool
- Add ingredients (eggs, relish, pimentos, salt, sugar, salad dressing, and mustard)
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly, put into large container, and refrigerate
Serves up to 100 3 oz servings - Bon Appetit!
